Executive Vice President, Michelle Ruble, AKA: The Teachers Pet. Meet Michelle. You know Michelle, the one who always volunteered to help the teacher grade papers, had her homework handed in weeks in advance, and stayed calm, cool and collected no matter what hell fire was raining outside. We often refer to people like Michelle as the teacher’s pet, but in reality, Michelle just enjoys being organized, helping others and making sure that all the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed – on time and according to plan. She’s a master at organizing multiple events, programs, processes, procedures and organizations all in unison, ensuring each piece is orchestrated to perfection, with the entire team in harmony and on task. From strategically managing the day-to-day operations of multi-million dollar national direct mail campaigns for organizations such as Disabled American Veterans to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Michelle thrives in comprehensive infrastructure and project management. Every team needs a Michelle on their team? We love ours and so will you.
Social Media Manager, Jerry Battiste, AKA: The Juggler. Jerry was born to write. And it’s a good thing he was born to write because he sure does a lot of it for us. Jerry is a pro at managing multiple social media networks, including his own. At any given moment you can find him on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Foursquare or Google+. He has so many irons in the fire we call him the “Blacksmith.” He handles blogs at WordPress and Blogger; edits and creates video for YouTube channels; and makes certain our social media accounts get the attention they need in order to deliver the results we expect.
Sr. Account Director, Scot Ruble, AKA: The Team Antagonist. “Every party has a pooper and that is why we invited you.” That’s our motto for adorable Team Antagonist, Scot Ruble. Exploding with energy, drive and determination, Scot is the person who can see through any situation, digging holes like a gopher on a golf course, then filling them with sensible solutions and reasoned results. A straight shooter and always to the point, Scot loves a little controversy, especially while managing the daily doings of one of REV’s largest accounts, HealthCompare. He’s an analytical genius with the ability to twist answers from raw data like colors on a Rubik’s Cube. Scot’s a team player often making the difficult decisions others refuse to address, always offering solutions that keep REV’s initiatives in neat order and running smoothly.
